1st Ballet Class Barre & Center

This is the lowest level ballet class that I am making available to the public for conditioning and practice. If you are just getting started I suggest doing this class section first and getting the movement well fixed in your body before progressing on to the next two levels. If you are not used to exercising I suggest that you get a release from your doctor before starting this or any other exercise program. By purchasing this video or doing any of the other exercises I provide you are taking on the responsibility of your own injuries suffered. That being noted,  I hope you find this beneficial for your body and mind and that you enjoy learning ballet through my videos and websites.

2nd Ballet Class Barre & Center

This is the second class section and the combinations are at a level hire then the first. I am happy you have found my videos helpful to you as a newcomer just getting started, or as an established dancer for extra practice and conditioning. I am a dancer and a dance teacher so if you are not use to exercising I suggest you get advice from a doctor before starting this or any other conditioning program. By purchasing or doing any of my exercise videos from the web you are taking on the responsibility of your own injuries. Yes you can get injured doing ballet. That being said I hope your mind and body benefit to the best possible degree from utilizing and training with my exercises and videos.

3rd Ballet Class Barre & Center

This is the third class section I am providing for purchase and this section is more complex then the second. If you are choosing as a dancer or fellow patron to strengthen and progress through my program this way I thank you. I also hope you are noticing improvement in your technique, mind and body image. As I mentioned before these two sections this 2nd and 3rd class are more advanced then the first class. So please if you are just getting started it is best for you to get the exercises from that first class section in first. Also if you are making the choice of buying any of my videos for conditioning and training you are taking on the responsibility of any injuries you may suffer from these videos. I am not a doctor, I am a dancer and a dance teacher, so if you have any question in your own mind as to whether you should do this or any other exercise program, I suggest you ask your doctor first. 4th Ballet Class Barre & Center

This is the fourth class section I am providing for purchase and this section is similar in complexity as the 3rd class section. If you are choosing as a dancer or fellow patron to strengthen and progress through my program this way I thank you. I also hope you are noticing improvement in your technique, mind and body image. As I mentioned before the two class sections the 2nd and 3rd class are more advanced then the first class. This fourth class is also an upper level class similar to the 3rd class level their is just a bit of difference in the mix of combinations. So please if you are just getting started it is best for you to get the exercises from that first class section in first. Also if you are making the choice of buying any of my videos for conditioning and training you are taking on the responsibility of any injuries you may suffer from these videos. 5th Ballet Barre & Center Class

This is the fifth ballet class. This class is longer and has more difficult combinations in it than the other four classes. If you are choosing as a dancer or fellow patron to strengthen and progress through my program this way I thank you. I also hope you are noticing improvement in your technique, mind and body image. As I mentioned before the 2nd, 3rd and 4th class sections as well as this 5th one are more advanced than the first class. So please if you are just getting started it is best for you to get the exercises from that first class section in first and work your way up through the class sections. Also, if you are making the choice of buying any of my videos for conditioning and training you are taking on the responsibility of any injuries you may suffer from these videos. Aero-Pilates class 1

This is a Pilates based conditioning class done on the Aero-Pilates machine. If you have another style of a Pilates machine you work out on you may also use these exercises on that machine too. These exercises are very good for strengthening and lengthening the muscles. These exercises are also good to do as extra conditioning for dancers or if you are someone who is just wanting to condition your body a different way this class along with a ballet class will strengthen you even more. My disclaimer as always is if you purchase a class you take on the responsibility of any injury you may suffer. If you have any question in your mind please get advice from a doctor first.
